How can two companies unite in one vision?
With the combination of Pfizer and Wyeth, new colleagues found themselves joining together in a novel and vibrant vision of the company’s future. Pfizer wanted to communicate the transition to its employees from both companies.
ESI helped Pfizer communicate the transition through a set of dynamic tools called the Pfizer Digital Diary. The diary is a documentary-style project based on interviews with leaders across both companies. The interviews were dynamically woven together, creating a series of films that gave new colleagues the opportunity to tell their stories, share their aspirations for the new company and reflect upon an exciting moment of transition. The digital tools on Pfizer’s Intranet let employees view interview clips according to their own interests, allowing a curated experience of the new company. The Pfizer Digital Diary enabled the entire Pfizer community to express themselves and created a company-wide conversation about Pfizer’s future.
